Support is provided through the official Discord. To speed up handling, include your player name, date and time, affected feature and useful screenshots. Never publish passwords, tokens, home addresses or other sensitive information.
Prepare a useful ticket
- Record the command or action and the exact message.
- Name the affected world, dungeon or island.
- Include an approximate time so staff can inspect logs.
- Explain what you already tried without repeating an action that consumes an item.
- For a wiki problem, attach the topic path shown on the loading screen.
A precise report is usually handled faster than a simple “it does not work”. Compensation and restoration remain subject to log verification.
Beware of lookalike domains and private messages. Staff will never ask for your password.
