Understanding keys
Keys may come from voting, Vote Party, dungeons, level rewards, kits or active events.
Use /key to view your keys and available access.
Before opening
- Check the key type and quantity.
- Close other inventory interfaces.
- Leave room when the reward is a physical item.
- Wait for the animation to finish before trying again.
| Source | What to verify |

| Vote | Check the player name, then /claimvotes |
| Dungeon | Confirm completion and the final chest |
| Level | Compare against the reward table |
| Event | Check /actu and the announcement |
For a missing key, record the time, source, key type and exact player name. Do not repeat the action many times before contacting support.
Reward pools may be rebalanced. The interface shown when opening is the operational reference.
