Lootboxes and keys
/lootbox opens the main interface. /crates, /lb and /ct provide access to the same system; prefer /lootbox to avoid confusion.

Since 16 September 2026, cosmetics are no longer drawn at random: you buy them one by one with Hyltgems in /cosmetic. /lootbox preview shows each crate's current contents.
The Easter crate is seasonal: being present in configuration does not guarantee that an acquisition method is available all year.
Player commands

The aliases keys, keyinv, keyinventory, storage, keystorage and inv also exist below /lootbox.
Safe opening
- Use
previewbefore consuming a key. - Check the crate ID and key count in
/key. - Make room in your inventory.
- Do not leave the server during the opening animation.
- If a reward does not appear, reconnect and check storage before opening a ticket.
Physical keys and virtual storage may coexist. Moving a key into virtual storage keeps it without taking a player inventory slot.
A preview does not guarantee a specific reward: it shows possible crate contents, not the next result.
