About Hylterium

Hylterium is a free, French-speaking Hytale server with two worlds: an MMORPG at the Castle and a Skyblock on the Floating Isles. Its community formed in June 2025, before the game was even out.

Two worlds, one account

  • The Castle, the MMORPG: three professions up to level 100, guilds with 25 levels, five instanced dungeons and a player economy.
  • The Floating Isles, the Skyblock, open since 4 July 2026: a protected island to grow with generators, challenges and leaderboards.

A shared hub links both worlds, and your pets, mounts and cosmetics follow you from one to the other. To play, add the address play.hylterium.com in Hytale: the step-by-step guide.

Who runs the server

A staff team administers, develops, builds and moderates Hylterium. Part of the server's systems is developed by the team itself: pets, mounts, crafting, dungeons, and the wiki players open in game with /wiki.

What we make public

Key dates

  1. The Hylterium community forms on Discord, before Hytale comes out.
  2. Hytale launches in early access; the first players join Hylterium within days.
  3. The team commits to keeping the map, to protect what players have built.
  4. The server officially opens.
  5. The first two dungeons arrive.
  6. A great build contest with YouTubers Hollaph and Mobby.
  7. The professions are reworked and talent trees arrive.
  8. 111 achievements to unlock in game.
  9. A new hub links the worlds, and the Skyblock is announced.
  10. The Skyblock opens, on the Floating Isles.
  11. Both worlds move to Hytale's Update 6.
  12. "The golden age of guilds", the devblog of the big guild update.
