A command says I do not have permission
Check /rep: homes, bank, market, professions, /trash and key purchases depend on rank. Also check your current world, as some commands are blocked inside dungeons, events or protected areas. Reconnect after a recent promotion.
My rank benefit or pet is missing
Open /rep, then /pets, and reconnect once. If the benefit is still missing, prepare a screenshot of the rank, your character name and the approximate promotion time for the Discord ticket.
I cannot buy a dungeon key
The D01 key requires Paysan, D02 requires Hylterien and D03 requires Garde. This is the purchase permission. Also check the price, required reputation and available storage space.
My teleport or home does not work
- Remain still during the teleport delay.
- Check home spelling with
/home. - A TPA request expires after 60 seconds.
/sethome,/tpa,/tpacceptor other teleports may be blocked in an instance.- Check
/rtpfor the active price, world, zone and cooldown.
A player cannot use my claim
Entry, chests, doors, benches, building and portals are separate permissions. Check their role and member or ally status in /guilde, then test one permission at a time.
My vote or reward did not arrive
Use /claimvotes for votes made while offline, then /votestatus to check sites and timers. For a lootbox, check /key and your inventory. Do not trigger several openings before checking storage.
An event is missing at its scheduled time
Wiki times use the Paris timezone. Open /events: maintenance, a restart or a temporary disable may change the session state.
My pet or mount no longer follows
For a pet, try /pets sit to make it stand, then summon it again from /pets. Mounts are unavailable inside dungeon instances and may despawn when too far away.
The wiki remains stuck on loading
Cancel, reconnect and try /wiki again. Record the topic path displayed on the loading screen. If it happens again, send that path and the server log to support; do not install a second Wiki mod alongside this one.
Opening a useful ticket
Always include:
- your player name;
- approximate date and time;
- the command or action used;
- the exact message or a screenshot;
- the affected world or dungeon;
- what you have already tried.
Never post private companion UUIDs, account information, database files or login credentials in a public channel.
