How do I join?

Add play.hylterium.com to your server list and connect using a compatible game version.

I am lost after joining

Use /tuto, /spawn, /menu and /is. The RPG menu is available with /lvl gui.

A vote reward is missing

Wait a few minutes, check the submitted player name, then run /claimvotes. Contact support with proof if it is still missing.

I cannot use a command

It may require a rank, be blocked in a dungeon or have been replaced by a menu. Check the command reference.

I lost an item or found a bug

Stop reproducing the issue. Record the time, location and actions, take a screenshot, then open a Discord ticket.

I cannot join a friend's island

Make sure you are using the island system, not an RPG party or guild. The owner must invite you and have an available member slot. Reconnect if the invitation or menu remains stale.

I have a key but no lootbox opens

Check the exact key type in /key and the matching crate. Keep a screenshot of the key name if no crate recognizes it.

The bank or auction house does not open

Try the main menu first, then the documented aliases. Some functions depend on the world or an active module. Do not repeat a purchase or deposit if the interface appears frozen.

I am stuck in a dungeon

Teleports and homes may be disabled inside. Use the instance menu or wait for its planned end. If stuck, record the dungeon code, time and party members.

The wiki shows an old page or the wrong language

Close and reopen /wiki, reconnect and verify the client language. If the issue continues after an update, attach a screenshot showing the page title to the Discord ticket.

Where can I appeal a sanction?

Only privately through Discord support, calmly and with useful evidence.
