Pets and appearance
Use /pets to open the pet system. The cosmetics menu lets you customize your appearance with items unlocked through progression, rewards or active offers.
Since 16 September 2026, more than 300 cosmetics are bought directly with Hyltgems in /cosmetic, with no random draw. Fireflies as well as pet and mount skins are bought in /cosmetiques.
Two separate systems

A cosmetic item is therefore not automatically a pet. Check its menu and description before purchasing or activating it.
Visual items do not allow anyone to bypass rules, hide a forbidden identity or intentionally disrupt other players.
If a cosmetic or pet disappears, do not immediately purchase it again. Record a screenshot, time and player name, then contact Discord support.
