Farming and automation
Develop your production
Begin with a simple farm, then add generators, spawners and machines as you obtain the required blueprints. Public farms provide starter resources without waiting for your own production.
Public farms help you gather your first resources before your own production is operational. From the spawn, follow the signs to the corresponding area.
Storage drawers hold up to 50,000 items, with internal stacks of 100. Monitor machine outputs to prevent saturation and lost production.
Recommended progression
- Secure food, wood and crops.
- Install organized chests and drawers.
- Unlock automation blueprints.
- Add a resource generator, then spawners.
- Optimize around sell prices and forge requirements.
Performance checklist
- Connect every producer to storage that still has capacity.
- Separate common resources from rare items so saturation is easier to spot.
- Expand gradually: test one section before duplicating the entire setup.
- Avoid entity buildup, dropped items and circuits running without a useful output.
- After an update, check every input, output and filter before leaving the farm unattended.
Unauthorized AFK devices, macros, bots and bypasses are forbidden, including on your own island.
