RPG and professions
Guided path — step 4 of 5: Choose a class and profession.
RPG level and classes
The level cap is 100. Difficulty is set to hard, monsters scale with progression and death does not reset your level. PvP grants no XP, while combat, selected blocks and activities do.
Use /lvl gui for progression and /classes for specialisation. Classes are enabled and switching has a 5-minute cooldown. Supported weapons include swords, daggers, bows, crossbows, maces, axes, spears, staves and spellbooks.
Since Update 6, class switching can be locked per world. Every monster keeps a threat table: Heavy / Tank classes generate a lot of threat, Archers little. Two abilities use the Ability 2 key:
- Taunt (Provocation, Tank): pulls nearby enemies, reduces damage taken by 15% for 4 s and forces their targeting for 5 s; 15 s cooldown.
- Feint (Feinte, Archer): cuts your threat by 50% and knocks you backwards; 10 s cooldown.
Quivers, new arrows and fire, ice and poison bows are unlocked in the profession talents.
Professions
/job (aliases /jobs, /metier, /metiers) opens the skill trees. Three professions are configured:
- Artisan: crafting, assembly and equipment.
- Harvester: resources, crops and gathering.
- Fighter: monsters and dungeons.
Choosing a priority
| Your main activity | Path to explore first | Resources to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Building and equipment | Artisan | Components, ores and blueprints |
| Farming and gathering | Harvester | Crops, wood and zone resources |
| Combat and dungeons | Fighter | Consumables, equipment and keys |
This is not a permanent obligation. Its purpose is to focus your early points and resources. Always inspect the tree before spending: a reputation tier grants access, but XP and skill requirements still apply.
Higher zones provide stronger multipliers. For Fighters, instances D01, D02 and D03 apply about x2, x2.5 and x3 respectively.
Tiers unlocked by reputation
Your maximum profession tier rises automatically with rank:
| Rank reached | Maximum profession tier |
|---|---|
| Vagabond | 1 |
| Paysan | 2 |
| Fermier | 3 |
| Marchand | 4 |
| Hylterien and above | 5 |
A tier unlocks the corresponding parts of a tree; it does not replace XP or any requirements displayed in /job and /skills.
Progressing without spreading too thin
- Choose a weapon family that matches equipment you can actually obtain.
- Develop a profession aligned with your daily activity.
- Use quests and events to complement XP instead of repeating only one action.
- Compare your current tier with the next reputation rank before investing.
- Prepare a second specialty only when the first regularly provides its resources.
RPG parties
RPG parties support 8 players and share within 150 blocks. Use /groupe to manage them, /phide <player|all> to hide players, /xpboost to inspect the active boost and /skills to open talent trees directly.
- Reputation and tiers — Kingdom progression, benefits and unlocks
- Quests and rewards — Levels, daily rewards and playtime
- Dungeons — Access, costs and recommended parties
