Appeal penalties calmly and privately. Public arguments, staff spam or pressure do not replace a ticket.
Preparing a useful ticket
Copy this template and fill only the information you know:

| Date and time | Paris time, even if approximate |
| World or activity | Castle, survival world, dungeon, event… |
| Action taken | Command, button or item used |
| Expected result | What the menu or rule announced |
| Actual result | Error message or observed behaviour |
| Evidence | Uncropped screenshot or short video |
For a transaction, include the amount and other player. For a claim, include the party name and affected permission. For a dungeon, include its code and party members. Never repeat a paid command several times just to “test” it.
Check the FAQ first for permission, teleport, claim, reward, companion, event or wiki-loading issues.
