Guild teleporters, new quest NPCs, and more

A new update went live on Hylterium tonight. It’s a bit smaller than usual since we’ve been very busy with Update 5, but here are the new additions.
You can now have your guild displayed in the spawn teleporter. All you need to do is buy the guild home at the guild hall if you have not already done so, then set your teleporter somewhere inside your claims using the /guild setteleporter command. After that, you can decide whether your allies or the general public can teleport to your guild from spawn through the guild permissions in /guild.
We are really looking forward to officially visiting your guilds over the next few days 🙂
That’s not all. We also added a brand new NPC with their own questline at spawn, in the garden behind the castle: Justin Pressé. I’ll let you discover his new quests, which explore a part of Hylterium that many of you probably have not experienced yet.
Here are the other additions, changes, and optimizations included in this update:
Additions
- Added a new smaller item frame variant, leaving more space for opening your chests.
- Added the Guild category to the teleporter.
Adjustments
- Greatly increased the durability of mithril and onyxium hammers. You will need to use a durability scroll on already crafted hammers to benefit from the new durability values.
Optimizations
- Optimized the NPCs at the bank to reduce server lag.
- Optimized the jobs system to reduce server lag.
- Migrated our databases to improve performance.
Fixes
- Fixed item frames.
- Fixed a translation issue with guild permissions.
- Fixed a translation issue in the resource world description in the teleporter.
- Fixed a character bug in the resource world description in the teleporter.
- Fixed a texture bug on the purple workbench.

The pet rework is still in the pipeline. We had to change the initial concept after running into an issue with the current pet balancing, which has delayed the release for now.
We have also started working on a huge surprise that should arrive within the next few months...
